Dear Sandy,

I wanted to write today to tell you how impressed we are with the service you provided us while we were away from home.  As you know, our trip was the first time we ever left our elderly dog, Kesha to be cared for by someone other than a family member, and even then it was only once.  Both Scott and I were nervous that something would happen while we were gone, considering Kesha’s age and health.

We were thrilled when we arrived home to find Kesha happy and obviously well cared for while we were gone.  It truly was as though we had not left her at all.  We appreciate the fact that you came out prior to our trip to meet our pets and allow them to become comfortable with you.  I believe that, along with your excellent care and attention, made our time away much less stressful for Kesha, Meeper, and us as well.
